This begins with clarifying the project idea, which is then tested through our feasibility framework. We challenge it against over 20 separate criteria, considering issues such as planning, ownership, access, power, drainage, and water.
Next, we take it to the design phase where we combine our in-house knowledge and experience with our network of preferred specialists, to provide our clients with the best expertise in the market. From architects, to civil and structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, and specialist equipment suppliers.
We use a rigorous tendering process and we follow this with formal contracting to ensure that the project meets quality standards, is absolutely fit for purpose, and is delivered safely, on time, and to budget.
Finally, we oversee completion, snagging, and collate the handover documents.
Process Driven
Our projects are process driven, considering the people and product flow (inside out design), concept, layout design, detailed design, procurement, tendering, contracting, construction, and handover, and including full building operation manuals.
Procurement Options
We normally use the client team to develop the design to a high level of detail but use the specialist knowledge of selected contractors for the fine detail. We can though use full traditional or design and build procurement routes.
Health and Safety
We support clients to discharge their obligations and liabilities through making the right appointments under CDM regulations, including principal designers and contractors, CDM, and site operations.
