Coaching and Mentoring
Westley are able to offer coaching and mentoring support to business leaders and managers to help them identify, clarify and achieve their goals. The services are tailored to each client’s individual needs and are delivered face to face and by telephone. The emphasis is entirely on helping the client to work out and implement their own solutions and is never judgemental. Alastair holds a diploma in coaching and culture change.
