We co-project-managed the assessment of the administrative burdens of Defra’s regulations, devising an assessment methodology, managing a four-company team of consultants, interviewing officials, analysing findings and reporting to Defra on priorities for reducing the burdens.

We carried out and project-managed the economic evaluation of Defra’s Agriculture Development Scheme on behalf of Drew Associates Ltd. This involved reviewing case papers, interviewing recipients, evaluating the Scheme’s successes, and making recommendations for its future.
